Returns Policy/Exchange

As these items are intimate undergarments that can NOT be resold, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged during transit
In the event of receiving a damaged product we will gladly accept a return for an exchange, paid return label will be email to customer.

 replacement item will be process within 5 business days.

Any exchange items must be returned using a trackable shipping method within 14 days of receiving the merchandise, customers will buy their own return shipping label please email us tracking details buttboosterllc@gmail.com

As soon as we receive the item we will review it, if approve a replacement of your choice will be process and shipped within 5 business days.

Note you will be  responsible for the shipping cost $6.65 USPS ground Advantage service includes USPS tracking, Insurance, 2 business days. we will email you an invoice
